UPDATE: Bramble reunited with family on Saturday morning after a worried night's search.A dog called Bramble was lost in Bovey Tracey Parke yesterday (Friday 13) whilst her owner was at a family funeral.

Amanda King was paying her respects along with family and friends to her father Jack Smith when the dog went missing.

She said: ’While at dad’s funeral yesterday the dog sitter called to say she had lost bramble in Bovey Tracey Parke. I have been out most of the night and am in the woods again now, this morning (Saturday 14) looking for her. I am literally at my wits end and my children are beside themselves.’

Jack Smith was a rugby player and referee, golfer, cyclist, runner, tennis player and swimmer, and his demise has stunned his many friends across South Devon and even further afield.
