GRAFFITI vandals in Teignmouth are being told to clean up their mess.

Several youths who have been involved in the plague of scrawlings across the town have been identified and caught by police, who are also hot on the trail of other culprits.

Instead of prosecutions or official cautions, the officers have been adopting a policy of restorative justice.
