THESE five people are all standing in the Devon County Council elections for Exminster and Haldon.
ANDY BRAGG (GREEN)
I’m passionate about local food and supplying local outlets from my farm wherever possible. The farm also provides educational access for schools and disadvantaged people from Exeter. As a councillor I’d be able to use my skills, experience, and contacts in this area to represent local people and their needs.
ALAN CONNETT (LIB DEM)
Cuts of £2.2 million to local school budgets are worrying parents and teachers. Lib Dem councillors will stop these disastrous cuts imposed by the Conservatives. Fixing the potholes, looking after the elderly and vulnerable and stopping Tory waste are also our priorities. Lib Dems are the positive choice for Devon.
BOB EDWARDS (UKIP)

SARAH KRYS (LAB)
I’ve lived in and been part of the community of Exminster for the last 17 years. I feel I have a fantastic grasp on local issues and would be supporting the following: improved public transport links; supporting our amazing schools; better planning decisions; and better care of our local area.
KEVIN LAKE (CON)
Kevin lives in Exminster with wife Alison, who works at the local pre-school, and three daughters. A Teignbridge councillor since 2008, Kevin has had responsibility for Environmental Services, leading Teignbridge to become the best authority in Devon for recycling. Kevin is vigorously campaigning for a railway station at Exminster.
