Four roads in Teignbridge – said to be the worst in the county for motorcyclists – are to get bike signing.

The roads – highlighted by Devon County Council – have had a high number of bike-related crashes in the last three years.

The signs will be aimed at bikers and other road users.

The A381 Kingsteignton to Teignmouth road has seen seven people injured in crashes along a three-kilometre stretch.

The A379 near Powderham Castle, Kenton, has also been deemed a hotspot for accidents, with seven injuries on a two-kilometre stretch.

There has also been one fatal accident and 12 injuries from crashes on the A382 Newton Abbot to Whiddon Down road.
