ICE ALERT: The Met Office has given a Yellow Warning for Devon this morning as the big freeze continues.
Temperatures dropped as low as minus seven overnight in places.
‘Icy surfaces will cause difficult travel conditions in a few places,’ according to the warning which runs from now until 11am.
A Met Office spokesperson said: ‘While some places will remain dry, showers of rain may fall onto frozen surfaces this morning in places, bringing a risk of icy patches on untreated roads and pavements.’
With rain forecast for Sunday, temperatures across Teignbridge should start to rise.
