After winning Division One last season, Ashmoor ladies were ready for their first game in the Premier League, against Feniton.

Early on, the visitors put pressure on the Ashmoor defence, the back four of S Skinner, S Hember, J Armstrong and A Hill working hard to keep them out.

Twenty minutes in, one of Feniton's forwards let fly from outside the box, the shot being well saved by Ashmoor keeper B Marshall, who pushed the ball on to the bar.
