In the community of Chudleigh, an evening of bowling was held in collaboration with Chudfest. 12 teams took to the green each with one Chudleigh BC player.

Despite the weather, an enjoyable evening of bowls took place resulting in a team from Chudleigh Cricket Club, “Seams too easy”, winning on the basis of the number of bowls touching the jack over the course of the evening from the U3B team. Both having won all their games.

Following on from a busy open day, Chudfest evening and the link with Teign School, Chudleigh Bowling Club are pleased to say that they have had lots of new applications for membership. If anyone would like to come down and give bowls a try, Wednesday evening at 6 o’clock for club night is the ideal time.
