AT Cockington Riding Club’s presentation night and annual meeting, cheques were donated to The Devon Sense Group (£1,000), ABF – The Soldiers’ Charity (£500), SSAFA (£500) and Devon Air Ambulance (£250).

‘We have been lucky with the weather in 2015, with no events being cancelled,’ said chairman Vanessa Butt.

As a consequence, we were able to raise a total of £2,250 for charitable causes, which this year were chosen by Lord Clifford of Chudleigh, who kindly loans us Bellamarsh, which we use as our showground.’
