It is feared a serial flasher is up to his tricks again.

Police are not discounting the possibility that the offender – who has struck twice around the town in the new year – is a relic of similar outbursts last winter.

Officers think the exhibitionist who struck at Milber Woods last Tuesday may be the nuisance who committed the same lewd act near All Saints Church, Highweek, just 24 hours later.

On each occasion the offender dropped his pants around his ankles and showed himself to women.

Police want to hear from anyone who may know the identity of the man.

Both flashes happened at the same time of day, about 2.30pm.

No detailed description was given of the culprit, but he was wearing a dark hoodie.

The church showman, reckoned to be in his 20s, was wearing a blue anorak with the hood up.

His victim was a woman walking her dog who told police the man’s jogging bottoms were around his ankles.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101, quoting log 388 of January 5. The Highweek incident is log 400 of January 6.

Throughout 2014 police were given the run-around by a flasher who pounced on at least six occasions, including one incident at Milber Woods. He was said to be in his 20s.
