A KITCHEN blaze in Teignmouth’s Drake Avenue was extinguished by two fire crews yesterday.

Firefighters from the resort were joined by Dawlish colleagues to deal with the incident in a first floor flat just after midday.

The cause of the incident was accidental, a fire spokesman confirmed afterwards.
