OCCUPANTS of two cars involved in a head-on collision in Kingsteignton over the weekend escaped without injury.

A Mazda MX5 from Torquay collided with a West Yorkshire-registered VW Polo on the B3195 near Sandygate on Saturday afternoon.

All three emergency services attended the incident just before 3.30pm.
