A MOTORCYCLIST in his 70s was injured in collision with a car on the outskirts of Newton Abbot yesterday.

The rider was taken to Torbay Hospital for treatment after the accident at Churchills roundabout on Exeter Road just before 1pm.

He suffered a leg injury in the collision.
