POLICE and paramedics were called to an address in Newton Abbot amid concerns for the welfare of a young man this afternoon.
He was treated at the scene in Powderham Road for superficial wounds.
No one was being sought in connection with the injuries, a police spokesman confirmed.
The alarm, involving a man in his 20s, was raised just after 2pm.
