Teignmouth’s lifeboat was involved in a big search for a missing Torbay Hospital junior doctor at the weekend.

The Two Annes was called out on Friday evening and returned on Saturday to scour rough seas.

The search centred on Anstey’s Cove, Torquay, and police, coastguard and a helicopter also took part.
