A man from Ogwell has denied attempting to rob a pedestrian in Newton Abbot last year.
Ziggy Fakih, aged 29, of Tamworth Close, Ogwell, pleaded not guilty to attempting to rob on July 13 when he appeared at Exeter Crown Court.
Judge Geoffrey Mercer, QC, adjourned his case for a trial on May 9 and released him on bail
