ROVING thugs have been condemned by police after a stupendously reckless auto-crime which endangered the lives of a motorist and his passenger between Newton Abbot and Exeter.

The ‘absolute morons’ threw an egg-filled pumpkin from their car at the Audi of their victims whose windscreen shattered in the after-midnight attack at Haldon, just off the A380’s Mamhead Cross.
