The incident occurred in Indio Road on Monday, November 23, at 7pm.

The man was initially walking away from the two, but turned around going back along the footpath towards them and when he was close to them exposed himself. He did not speak to the woman or her daughter.

PCSO Paul Wilson, of Chudleigh police, said it appeared the front of the man’s jeans had been adjusted with a hole at the front.

The man is described as aged 20-30 years, was white, had dark short hair and facial stubble. He was wearing a full-length jumper and jeans.

Any witnesses or anyone who knows the man’s identity is asked to contact the police on 101, quoting the crime reference 673 of November 23.
