TWO women escaped serious injury when their tiny Fiat Panda collideed with an HGV on Telegraph Hill this morning.
Police and firefighters were called to the Newton-Abbot-bound carriageway at 11am where the accident blocked two lanes of traffic.
The casualties were rushed to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital for treatment.
A police spokesman said their injuries were not believed to be serious.
The two closed south-bound lanes were re-opened early this afternoon.
