POWER tools have been stolen from a house under construction in Newton Abbot.

Thieves broke into the property in Exeter Road overnight on Friday, March 10/11.

Police today appealed for any witnesses to come forward. The targeted property is near the Eden Vauxhall garage.

Officers are also anxious to speak to anyone who has been offered secondhand power tools since the crime was detected last weekend.
