THREE people were injured when their car crashed into two road signs at Chudleigh Knighton on Sunday night.
The trio of casualties were taken to Torbay Hospital for treatment to whiplash injuries after the accident on the Exeter-bound slip road of the A38.
Police say a Torquay-registered Citroen C3 collided with a pillar on the slip-road after demolishing two road signs on its journey of damage just after 9pm.
No other vehicles were involved.
Highways workers were called out to repair the signs.
