A PEDESTRIAN has died after being involved in a collision with a car on the A380 this morning as police appeal for witnesses and dash-cam footage.
Police were called at around 4.30am on Thursday, August 13, following reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a single vehicle on the start of the highway between Torquay and Newton Abbot, near Kingskerswell.
Sadly, the pedestrian suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead.
The A380 was closed while emergency services and police carried out investigations at the scene.
It reopened at around 2.15pm.
Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who has relevant information or dash-cam footage, to come forward.
