DAWLISH man Connor Northway admitted assaulting a woman in Teignmouth and damaging a curtain pole at an address in Boscowen Place when he appeared before South and West Devon Magistrates.

The case against Northway, aged 24, of Oakland Drive, was adjourned until May 26 for pre-sentence reports. He was granted bail.
