Cllr Beryl Austen and Cllr Mike Walters have retained their seats for Kingsteignton East. In total, Conservative candidate Cllr Walters received 901 votes and independent Cllr Austen received 755. It's the second time running Cllr Austen has won the seat by a single vote, as Conservative candidate Bill Thorne received 754.
