Batty activities will be available at Victoria Park tomorrow, April 27, for Buckfastleigh Bat Day.
The town, which has many bat residents, is hosting the event as part of the Devon Greater Horseshoe Bat Project.
A spokesperson for the event said: ‘It’ll be a fun, family friendly afternoon of batty activities.
‘There’ll be a chance to meet Dartmoor Skies astronomy charity, help create a chalk mural with Clockworth Moth, make bat masks with Participate Arts and find out more about volunteering for bats in the town.’
The event, from 1pm to 5pm, is supported by Buckfastleigh Town Council.
