TEIGNMOUTH will enjoy another autumn tourism bonanza when one of the country's top sporting events rides into town.

Thousands are expected to flock to the resort to watch the finish of one of the legs of the prestigious Tour of Britain cycle race.

It should provide an end of season financial boost to local traders, and give a real treat to locals who will be able to soak up the atmosphere as some of the top names in world cycle racing, and fans from all over the country, descend on Teignmouth on Tuesday, September 14.
