Newton Abbot WI President, Elaine, hands over to the police, 41 Bobby Buddies, kindly knitted by a friend of the WI, Pam, and Karen.

WI member Karen Jenks says: ‘Bobby Buddies are used as a communication aid, to comfort and to show a child that there are good people in our Community, and also great to cuddle.

‘We are looking forward to PC Fiona Anderson coming to visit us as a meeting so we can find our more about where the Bobby Buddies go, and how they are used.’
