A THIRTEEN-year-old boy was involved in an incident with a police car on Teignmouth carnival night.

Callum Black was standing on the pavement in Den Crescent when the vehicle reversed.

Callum sustained a serious injury to his foot and is likely to be on crutches for several weeks.
