Thousands of ultra low emission vehicles registered in Teignbridge – as campaigners group call for more equal access across UKPaul Andrew Wilson, aged 43, of Williams Court, pleaded not guilty to a charge that on June 14 of last year he failed to give police information to identify the driver of a Volvo V70 who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
He denies a similar charge on July 15 of last year. He also pleaded not guilty to two further similar charges.
He also pleaded not guilty to similar charges involving a BMW on March 31 of this year and a Ford Focus on April 12 of this year.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to August 8 for a trial.
