A WOMAN was injured when her car was in collision with another in Buckfastleigh.
The casualty, in her 60s and from the town, was taken by ambulance to Torbay Hospital for treatment to minor injuries. She suffered a suspected dislocated knee in the accident which happened in Dart Bridge Road on Friday.
Her Ford Fiesta left the road after being in collision with a Ford Focus, also registered to Buckfastleigh.
All four men in the Focus were unhurt in the incident, which happened just before 7pm.
Firefighters from Buckfastleigh and Ashburton attended the scene where they helped the woman from her vehicle. They made both vehicles safe.
