BUILDING the bypass will only help improve Kingskerswell, a reports states.

Funding already exists for a new country park and changes to the existing A380 but a report looking at future enhancement of the village identifies a host of other facilities and improvements to 'strengthen the heart of the village'.

Among the ambitious proposals are: redeveloping the public hall to provide business start-up units, develop the library to include youth facilities, local produce market, improved parking and planting and orchard.
