Businesses in Venture Court, Bradley Meadow, Newton Abbot, are up in arms that vehicles continue to park and block junctions at the entrance to the estate and want action taken.

For years, tenants have struggled to stop cars parking on the pavement and at the junction outside the industrial units at Venture Court due to confusion over who owns the land.

Jeffrey Mallinson, who owns Venture Court car park in Bradley Meadow and is a trustee of Venture Court industrial units, contacted the county council on several occasions to discuss the road, but found no resolution.
