A NEW cafe that will provide career training for young adults and has the backing of ethical campaign chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall will next week open its doors in Newton Abbot.

The Market Street Cafe has come about thanks to a partnership between the Axminster-based River Cottage and the Young Devon charity.

It will offer simple, seasonal menus featuring high quality local ingredients such as River Teign mussels and Sharpham cheeses.
