BRILLIANT weather, big crowds and loads to see and do – how do you beat that?

It's the big dilemma for the Teignmouth Carnival committee as it already starts to look ahead to next year.

This year's was one of the best on record, and thousands of holidaymakers and locals had a week to remember.
