MAGISTRATES have adjourned the case of a man charged with sending threatening and abusive emails.

Frazer Miller, 29, of Glasgow, pleaded guilty to the offence of harassment of a man in Newton Abbot between May 21 2021 and June 8 2021.

The charge related to sending emails that were of a threatening, offensive and abusive nature.

The court adjourned his case until August 4 for a pre-sentence report.

Frazer was remanded on unconditional bail.
