GUILD members Complete were commended for their Gold Award in sales at the The Guild of Property Professionals gala dinner and awards ceremony, which was held at County Hall, Westminster Bridge, London on February 1, 2018.

The awards were presented after a full day at The Guild of Property Professionals annual conference, where new strategies were revealed to keep the brand at the cutting edge. Estate agents also heard from motivational speakers and industry experts.

The awards were sponsored by The Telegraph. ‘It is with great pleasure that The Telegraph is able to support The Guild of Property Professionals in celebrating excellence at their annual awards ceremony.’

This year, the awards were powered in part by The ESTAS, the only industry awards based solely on customer reviews. Simon Brown from The ESTAS commented: ‘Integrating customer feedback into The Guild’s judging process demonstrates how important customer experience is to The Guild and makes these awards more valuable than ever. Many congratulations to all the winners.’

Once dinner had been served, the awards were announced, presented by CEO Iain McKenzie.

Complete were proud to be chosen to receive both the gold award for sales and silver award for lettings which was collected by Jade Boyles-White, operations director and William Smith, managing director on stage at County Hall in front of nearly 300 estate agents.

‘We are thrilled to receive this award, which is a culmination of all our hard work over the last 12 months,’ said Jade. ‘Winning in both categories is a huge accolade and is testament to the entire team’s determination to offer the most thorough and complete service in the market’.

Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, said: ‘This was my first year at the annual conference and the awards and gala dinner was a huge success. It was great to be able to get together and celebrate excellence within our network. Congratulations to all the award recipients.’
