THE retired owner of a listed Kennford cottage, branded too pink by planners, has said the 'witch hunt' has damaged her health.

Next week Ann Kennedy could be told she will have to repaint her 500-year-old property or face legal action.

The £1,000 cost would come just months after floods devastated her home, destroying equipment and possessions.
