A YOUNG couple shaved their heads for charity in Newton Abbot.

Jess Evans and Daniel McGlinchey went through their ordeal at the Step One charity offices.

Amy Cann, support worker at the charity, did the deed with the razor.

Amy said: ‘I’ve know Jess for a long time and she helps us with face-painting at our fundraisers, so when she said she wanted to shave her head for charity, I offered to help.

‘Her boyfriend Daniel decided to do it with her, too.’

The couple have so far raised £372 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
