MAGISTRATES have committed the case of a Heathfield man who committed fraud by dishonestly issuing MOT certificates.
Thomas Ellis, 23, of Musket Road, indictaed pleas of guilty to 13 counts of issuing the certificates without carrying out the MOT test.
He was committed to Exeter Crown Court for sentencing on July 18.
