THE case of a Newton Abbot man facing a complaint for committal to prison has been adjourned.

Sam Vaughan, 33, of Neville Road, is the subject of the complaint or disqualification from holding a driving licence and for non-payment of child support of £3099.15.

The hearing was adjourned until August 15.
