A KINGSTEIGNTON man has pleaded not guilty to disposing of controlled waste without environmental permission.

Ian Kilpin, 40, of Newton Road, is accused of depositing the waste without a permit according to the Environment Protection Act.

The case was adjourned unti August 25.
