A PAIGNTON man has admitted he assaulted a Newton Abbot woman.
Timothy Paul Frost, aged 41, of Foxhole Road, changed his plea to guilty of assaulting the woman, causing her actual bodily harm, in Newton Abbot on October 31 of last year.
The case was adjourned until February 6, 2023, by South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court for pre-sentence reports to be prepared. Frost was granted conditional bail.
