A BUCKFASTLEIGH man has denied a drug charge and is accused of damaging a woman’s door.

Danny Morgan, aged 24, of Market Close, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of possessing cannabis at Market Close on September 4, 2021. South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to June 16 for a trial.

He is also charged with causing £250 of damage to a woman’s front door. He faces a further charge of possessing cannabis at Exmouth on September 9, 2022.
