A PLYMOUTH man has denied he broke the 60mph speed limit for a Volkswagen Crafter van on the A38 at Dean Prior, Buckfastleigh.
Alexander Scott, aged 53, of Mount Gould, also denied failing to provide information to the police to identify the driver of a Volkswagen Crafter van who is alleged to have committed an offence.
The case was adjourned to March 17 for a trial.
