A NEWTON Abbot man has been fined for speeding in Plymouth.

Scott Lakin, 42, of Cowslip Cresent, pleaded guilty to driving the Vauxhall Corsa in Plymouth on May 29 2021 exceeding 30mph.

Magistrates fined him £153 and ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
