A MAN has been imprisoned for stealing clothing from a Newton Abbot store.
Christopher Scott, 47, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to charges of theft.
He admitted stealing three Superdry jackets from Austins store on November 2 2022.
He also admitted theft of three Superdry jackets and a jumper, to the value of £288.96, on February 17 2023.
On the same date, Scott also pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating.
Magistrates imprisoned him for 12 weeks for all offences.
