A DAWLISH man will stand trial in the new year on two motoring charges he denies.
Billy Reede McConnell, aged 28, of Second Avenue, denies failing to provide information to identify a driver alleged to have committed a driving offence.
He has also pleaded not guilty to failing to comply with a lane closure traffic light signal on the M4.
The case was adjourned to January 28, 2023.
