THE CASE of a man charged with drink driving has been adjourned for trial.

Wayne Smith, 39, of Foxglove Close, Newton Abbot, is accused of driving a BMW at Newton Abbot on March 14 2022 while over the legal drink drive limit.

Smith has pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Magistrates adjourned the case for trial and Smith was granted unconditional bail.
