A KINGSKERSWELL man has been handed a suspended sentence for driving while disqualified.
Bradley Harris, otherwise known as Heale, 33, of Broadgate Crescent, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford X Max on July 7 2022 while disqualified from holding a licence.
Magistrates imposed an eight week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months as the offence was considered serious as it was committed shortly after being sentence for driving while disqualified.
Harris was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £154 and costs of £85.
He further admitted driving on the same date without insurance.
The court did not impose a separate penalty for the second offence.
