A FORMER Kingsteignton town councillor has launched a stinging attack on his ex-colleagues and called for the authority to put together a vision for the future.
Former mayor John Foxwell produced an 11-page report on the way forward as his parting shot when he announced his resignation from the council.
In it, he criticises the council's lack of forward planning and says it is 'currently floundering with decisions being led by outdated individuals who have little or no idea about modern business practices'.
The make-up of the council also came under fire.
He said: 'The biggest issue Kingsteignton faces is the age and lack of vision of its councillors.
