CHORAL voices from St Michael’s C of E Primary School, Kingsteignton, rounded off their term with three carol concerts in the town.
The Key Stage 2 children performed at Greenhill Residential Home, Greenhill Day Care Centre and at Tesco Kingsteignton where they raised funds for the Chernobyl Children’s Project.
Teacher Hannah Bray said: ‘The children thoroughly enjoyed spreading some festive cheer to each audience and were given such a warm welcome.
‘Many were clapping and singing along to well-known Christmas songs and carols such as Silent Night and Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.
‘Now the choir are hoping to perform to more members of the community in the spring.’
